BOOK OUR SPACE

Lumi Wellness Shop is committed to education and community building and offers the shop as a platform for others promoting the same. The space is available to use all day Monday and Tuesday, before noon or after 7pm from Wednesday to Saturday and after 5pm on Sundays. 

Events can be hosted in the main area of our shop and/or in our separate tea room. We have hosted yoga classes, wellness and maker workshops, meditations, networking, and a variety of other community events. Let us know if you would like to discuss collaborating on an event or if it is an event you will solely organize.

RESERVING THE SHOP FOR YOUR EVENT:

    1. Submit a $50 event reservation fee which covers the cost of staff opening and closing the shop for your event & bathroom amenities. This can be submitted via Venmo to @LumiWellness or Paypal to Hello@LumiWellnessShop.com. Please include your contact information with payment. 
    2. Provide the details for your event by filling out our short questionnaire below. Click "ONWARD" to get started.
    3. Reserve your event date on our calendar. It will have you choose a time, select the desired start time for your event and note the end time in the notes where it says, "add additional details"
    4. Print a copy of our Event Rental Terms & Conditions, and email a signed copy to us along with a copy of your driver's license (if you don't have a scanner just snap a clear photo with your phone).
Once we receive your information, we will review it and contact you to coordinate final details.
